30 Hour Famine - February 26-27
IF you are interested in joining us for the Famine we have 20 fundraising packets left.  You may stop by the church and pick up one of those during the week (see Jay, Rachel, Katie or Nikole).  Please do not take one if you are unsure of joining us or if you cannot make the 30hr. commitment.  If you need more information on the 30hr. famine at this time please go to www.30hourfamine.org .  If you know you are going to be with us this weekend you MUST sign up by emailing Jay or Rachel by this Thursday (Don’t show up Friday Night expecting to participate if you haven’t RSVP’d!!).  You can begin your fundraising this week or wait until after you have done the famine so you can describe your experience to donors.  Money would need to be turned in no later than Sunday, March 7th.    Click HERE for the schedule for the weekend.  The cost of the weekend is $20 and will be collected on Friday Night, February 26th at the JUMC youth room.  Those of you who sign up will receive an email on Thursday with final details.
